Scoped code review
We examine agreed modules or pull-request batches. Deliverables typically include severity-tagged findings, suggested tests, and short pairing notes where a ten-minute call saves an hour of guesswork. We do not run your production on-call.
Advisory sessions
Single or recurring meetings on architecture sketches, migration plans, or interview rubrics for senior hires. Sessions are time-boxed and billed as agreed in your statement of work.
Mentorship tracks
Multi-week programs built around your tickets: one engineer per track, with homework drawn from your repo instead of toy exercises. Progress is measured by merged improvements, not slide decks.
Who this is not for
Organizations seeking 24/7 outsourced development, guaranteed bug-free releases, or fixed-price work without a written scope. We decline engagements where we cannot see the code we are asked to bless.
