Refund and cancellation policy

ProStart Matrix Software Consulting Co., Ltd. provides paid programming consulting, code review, and mentorship engagements. This policy applies once fees are agreed in writing.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to prepaid fees for services not yet delivered. Work that has been performed (completed review hours, delivered reports, or mentorship sessions held) is non-refundable except where we failed to deliver the agreed scope.

Cancellation by you

• More than 7 business days before start: full refund of unused prepaid amounts.
• Within 7 business days of start: up to 50% of the prepaid fee may be retained to cover reserved calendar time (proposed; confirm in your statement of work).
• After work begins: fees for completed deliverables and sessions held are earned; remaining unused prepayment refunded within 14 business days.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel, you receive a full refund of unused prepaid amounts and reasonable assistance transitioning materials back to you.

Rescheduling

Mentorship sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. One free reschedule per session; late cancellations may count as a held session.

Deposits

Deposits securing a start date are applied to the final invoice. If you cancel before work starts per the windows above, deposit treatment follows the same percentages.

No-shows

Missing a scheduled session without notice may be billed as a completed session.

How to request a refund

Email info@prostart-matrix.digital or call +66-74-000-2319 with your agreement reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days (proposed).
