Engagement process
This page is the operational map behind our marketing copy — the same steps we follow for Songkhla clients and remote teams.
1. Discovery call (optional)
A short call or structured email thread to learn your stack, risk appetite, and calendar. We ask for read-only access only after mutual agreement on boundaries.
2. Written scope
You receive a plain-language scope memo: repositories, time window, deliverable types, and assumptions (for example, “no production deploy permissions”). Fees are quoted here; nothing is binding until both sides sign.
3. Execution
Code review work is asynchronous with checkpoint calls. Mentorship uses a standing slot in your timezone. We document decisions in your tools, not a separate portal.
4. Closure
Final readout, open risks, and optional follow-on proposal. Artifacts remain yours; we delete local clones per the privacy policy unless you request otherwise.
